What Happens After You Call

  1. Initial Conversation (5-10 min): Tom asks what you’re thinking about and roughly what timeline you have in mind. If the project is something we do and your address is in our coverage area, we schedule a property walk.
  2. Property Walk (30-60 min): Tom comes out, looks at the site, takes measurements, asks about drainage history, talks through design options. Free, no obligation.
  3. Written Estimate (within 3-5 business days): You get a detailed written estimate with scope, materials by product line, labor, drainage details, and timeline. No vague line items.
  4. Design Decisions: If you move forward, we walk through paver selection, layout details, and any design decisions you want input on.
  5. Project Start: Typically 3-6 weeks from estimate signing, sooner in off-peak months. Spring slots fill fastest.

We’re honest about timeline. If we’re booked 8 weeks out, we tell you that on the first call.

If you have time to gather a few details before calling, it helps us give you better information on the first conversation:

Your Address

Helps us confirm you’re inside our 30-mile coverage area and check what we know about the neighborhood — soil conditions, drainage history, similar projects we’ve done nearby.

Rough Project Scope

“I want a paver patio about this big,” or “I have a failing retaining wall along my driveway,” or “I want to redo my front yard landscaping.” Doesn’t have to be precise. Helps us estimate timeline and bring relevant material samples.

Timeline Expectations

When do you want the work done? Spring? Before a specific event? No urgency? Our schedule fills earliest for late spring and early summer, so timing matters for planning.

Pictures (Optional)

If you can text or email a few photos of the area before the property walk, that helps us prep. Especially useful for drainage issues, existing wall problems, or design references.
